Snack peppers

The mini pepper, or snack pepper, is a new variety created via natural breeding. This variant is refreshingly sweet and crunchy. In other words: a healthy snack! Mini peppers are available in yellow, red and orange. You can eat these peppers as they are, because they contain few seeds.  

Like large, regular peppers, snack peppers are high in fibre, vitamins E and B, and beta-carotene. The latter is beneficial for eyesight, amongst others.

Ideal storage temperature:
Store snack peppers in a cool place, but do not refrigerate. The ideal storage temperature ranges between 12 and 15 degrees Celsius.
